Day 5: For Love of the Cranberry

How I love ’em. So it’s no wonder that when I came upon this Cranberry Smoothie recipe, it caught my eye.

Cranberry Smoothie for Two
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 apples, peeled and diced
1 banana
2 T diced ginger root
2 handfuls spinach
1 cup water
2 cups ice

Put all in a blender and whirl away!

This morning I whipped up a double batch. About which I would like to say:
